Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from the United States via USPS.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate per order within the United States. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak periods can affect delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed, and reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us at info@aloeremedy.com. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.

Returns

Please email us at info@aloeremedy.com before returning any product. We will confirm your return and provide the correct shipping address. Returns sent without prior notice may not be processed.
